On September 15th, Hangeng released his new MV, “Queen“, which features impressive robotic dancing and a sunglasses show.

“Queen” is the music video that Hangeng spent the most amount of time on. The whole filming process took longer than two months, and had footages from both Korea and China. To maximize quality, Hangeng had gone as long as two days without any sleep, and in the end, even the dancers threw up from fatigue.

Since the release of his solo album on July 27th, “Geng Xin” has sold more than 350,000 copies. To thank the fans for their continued support, Hangeng will be releasing “Magnificient Celebratory Version of Geng Xin” on October 1st.
In this upcoming album, the ten original songs will be present, and so will the seven MVs that Hangeng has filmed.  Six of the MVs have now been released, which leaves only the MV for “Heartbreak Notebook“.

SM EnTerTainMeNt StaFF RaNks VocaLs WitHin SupEr JuNioR

One of kpop’s most popular music groups, Super Junior can always be counted on to give a new hit song. But among thirteen members and limited singing time, it becomes difficult to judge their voices individually. The SM Entertainment staff recently revealed a ranking for their vocal abilities.
Though it’s unknown why Hangeng wasn’t included in the ranking, the rest of the twelve members were ranked accordingly:

The K.R.Y. trio are included in the top five, as they were grouped together for their similar singing style and KyuHyun’s well recognized deep and passionate voice. Despite their ranking, different fans could each have different taste in vocal ability and differ from the SM Entertainment staff. While one member of any boy group may not have been chosen for their singing ability they each bring their individual style to the group.

Hankyung terlibat dalam tuduhan plagiarisme. Hankyung baru-baru ini merilis lagu baru ‘Fire’ di Cina dan lagu ini dituduh plagiarisme.
Beberapa netizens menunjukkan bahwa lagu ini sangat mirip dengan lagu Dong Bang Shin Ki ‘Checkmate’ yang dirilis sama Uknow YunHo dalam konser pada bulan Februari 2009. Lagu ‘Checkmate’ ditulis dan disusun oleh Uknow YunHo dan telah mendapat tanggapan baik dari para penggemar.
