Earlier tonight, BoA released another teaser photo but she’s back already with a teaser of her “Copy & Paste” MV.
Although her photo teasers looked a lot brighter than her “Hurricane Venus” promotions, this latest teaser makes us think otherwise – BoA’s still looking fierce!

Singer BoA expressed her regret over her short height.
BoA revealed through her Twitter on the 18th, “If I could go back to my teens.. I would drink so much milk.. I want to return :’(”
BoA also wrote, “I’m going to listen to Eun Ji Won’s ‘160′* while sleeping ^^ good night ^^”
*(160 cm is about 5.25 ft)
Fans who visited BoA’s twitter responded with comments like, “Honest national singer“, “You’re still pretty even if you’re small” and “If you’re tall also, you’d be too perfect~”
Meanwhile, BoA will reveal her repackage album “COPY&PASTE” through KBS “Music Bank” on the 24th.

WHicH IdoL’s SHorT HeiGhT is tHe MosT CharMinG?

Idols can be found in a variety of shapes and sizes. Some are blessed with honey thighs while others are able to flaunt six-pack abs. When it comes to height, some idols inherit the ‘tall’ gene while others stay a petite size. So when it comes to these shorter idols, whose petite figure is most charming?
A poll was recently held on Cine 21 for the upcoming Japanese animation film, Karigurashi no Arrietty. They asked netizens the question, “Like the 10-cm tall Arrietty, which star’s short figure is the most appealing?” A total of 944 votes were cast and here are the results!

Kikwang BEAST

First place went to none other than BEAST‘s KiKwang! He won a whopping 36.9% of the votes, nabbing the top spot. Due to his powerful charisma on stage and his ability to make laughs with his ‘short image’ on the variety show, Hot Brothers, KiKwang was able to rally up many supporters and get first place.

Tae Yeon SNSD

SNSD‘s petite leader TaeYeon secured second place with 30.4% of the votes. Despite her short height, TaeYeon still packs a punch with her exceptional singing abilities and cute personality.

Finally, third place went to global star, BoA, who garnered 26.3% of the votes. This idol is always able to present powerful performances despite her small figure, growing from a cute girl to a charismatic singer.
Although these idols are on the shorter side, they are still some of the most popular and talented celebrities in the K-pop scene!

SHINee wiNs MuTizeN awarD aGain on InKigaYo

On today’s episode of SBS Inkigayo, the nominees of Take 7 were BoA (Hurricane Venus), DJ DOC (I’m This Kind of Person), SHINee (Lucifer), Se7en (Better Together), miss A (Bad Girl Good Girl), Homme (2AM’s Changmin & 8Eight’s Lee Hyun) (I Was Able To Eat Well), and G.NA (I’ll Back Off So You Can Live Better).  DJ DOC and Homme were not present to perform today for respective reasons. Meanwhile, MC Jo Kwon was away in China for 2AM activities.
In the end, SHINee won today’s Mutizen award with the song Lucifer for the second week running, adding to their two Music Bank trophies earlier! Congratulations to SHINee!
There was also a surprise at the end when DJ DOC who did not perform this afternoon again, appeared to offer an apology for their ‘behavior’ on Music Bank days earlier.

BoA aNd EuNhyUk??

Ever since BoA said on Twitter that she would like to become closer friends with Super Junior’s Eunhyuk, I think these two have been trying hard to achieve their goal.
BoA visited Super Junior’s Kiss The Radio on the 12th, and took quite awkward pictures with Eunhyuk after the show ended.
She is shaking hands with him, which is very different from the affectionate ways BoA treats other Super Junior members. They even cracked up because the situation was too awkward to bear.
SuKiRa uploaded this photo and wrote, “Eun and BoA’s hand shaking. 3 set. You can feel the awkwardness from the picture. With everyone’s request, they did put their hands on each other’s shoulders but it was still awkward.”

BoA neW HurRiicAnE VenUs!!

finally make a comeback with the new song Hurricane Venus...

K-pop superstar BoA today tweeted out another official promotional picture from her upcoming Korean comeback album Hurricane Venus.
She has also confirmed that her recent music video “Game” is not her official new single, and that it was simply just a “present to my fans”. The real first single from her new album will be the title track “Hurricane Venus”, which is rumored to have it’s music video released in 3D.

This new title track will definitely sweep the charts and let her come back with a bang.
Not only is she showing off her amazing vocal skills but the song itself is catchy. It’s a hot dance track that I can’t wait to see the choreography to.

The complete “stormy” album will be released on August 5th.
